Erasmus+ Sound STEM All Around- Day 1

Hi! We are a Croatian team for this mobility. Dunja, Laura, Nikol and I (Petra) along with our teachers (psychologist Sanja and physics teacher Goran )  hope we will be able to bring you some of our experiences throughout this blog!

We started our adventure at 2 a.m. on Sunday with our teacher driving us to Zagreb airport. As neither of us students  traveled by a plane, you could say we were a bit worried. 😅

It was time for our first flight. We held hands while the airplane was taking off, and we believe that was the  moment we recieved  one of the many  goals for this project- to connect with each other and to support one another!

We landed in Amsterdam and all six of us were amazed by how big  the airport is! Our teachers found the gate we needed for our next flight, and after that it was time for coffee. We did not miss the chance to go to Starbucks, where some of our names were mispronounced ( Dunja-> Dounija, Sanja-> Sonja). It made us laugh and filled us up wirh caffeine and good energy.

Our second flight was almost three hours long and we were all eager to come down to Earth. Quite literally! We picked up our luggage and were awaited by the driver that drove us from Málaga to Motril where we were welcomed by three teachers from Spain.

After checking in our rooms, all of us went for a short walk. The three teachers we were greeted by were (and still are) so helpful and kind in helping us find our way around the town.

It was an obvious decision to end this long day with pizza for dinner, where we talked about our expectations, hopes and wishes for this project.

We are very excited to meet everyone and to gain new experience and  hope you will enjoy our ride with us because these kind of projects are very importand in a life of a young person.

Happy, grateful and a bit tired,we are sending you all the love from Motril,Spain!

-Dunja,Laura,Nikol and Petra
